Does the Malibu Boats Gear Web Site accept International orders?
We are currently only accepting International Orders from Canada and Australia through the Gear Site. Please Contact Us for any other International Orders. Shipping on International Orders will be calculated on a per order basis.
Which shipping options are available to Canadian customers?
UPS TO CANADA WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERED. The difference between what we were charging and actual charges was extremely great. ALL ORDERS TO CANADA WILL NOW SHIP REGULAR MAIL. Thank you for your understanding.
How soon is an order processed once it is submitted to the web site?
Orders placed between the operating hours of 8am and 5pm Pacific Standard Time will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on a weekend, holiday or outside normal operating hours will be processed and shipped no later than the second business day following the web order. PLEASE NOTE: NO ORDERS ARE PROCESSED OR SHIPPED ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.
What if I place an order for an item that is not in stock?
Inventories levels fluctuate frequently and item availability will change based on those levels. An e-mail notification will be sent if an ordered item is not available.
What if I need to Return or Exchange an Item?
Use the Contact Us info to get instructions on sending an item back for a Return or Exchange.
